APPLICATION
DIRECTIONS
A complete application consists of the following:
1. The 4 pages entitled Edwards Scholarship Application
2. Two recommendations (for first time applicants only)
3. Transcripts of academic records
Students entering college: Complete high school record*
Undergraduate students: High school record* and undergraduate
Record to date
Graduate students: Undergraduate record and graduate
School record to date
*When you request high school records, ask that College Board Scholastic Aptitude and Achievement test scores be included.
4. Parents’ Financial Statement and a copy of parents’ W-2s
5. A copy of the United States Department of Education/Student Aid Report
(Title Page:
indicating your name, address, social security number and
6. A copy of the financial award letter you receive from the college/university
you will attend in 2010-2011
7. A copy of the letter(s) you receive notifying you that you have been
granted a scholarship, fellowship or loan from any other source,
including the amount(s) received

We understand that some documents will not be available until after March 1st..
Please send copies of those documents as soon as possible.
Documents received after July 4th may be disqualified.
On, or before March 1st , the following documents should be submitted to our office:
1. Four pages entitled Edwards Scholarship Fund Application
2. Two recommendations (for first time applicants only)
3. High school

4. Parents Financial Statement
NOTE: After submitting the application, first time applicants must call to schedule an interview.
Re-applicants need not submit transcripts we already have on file; however, you should make sure that we have a copy of your grades since your last application.
